SINGAPORE DELIVERY
Domestic orders within Singapore are delivered for free.
The tracking information will be available in your account information once the shipment is generated. If your tracking information is not available, please get in touch with us with your order number. A signature will be required at the point of delivery as proof of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are delivered by FedEx International Priority Express (Delivered by 10:30am or noon in 1 to 3 business days).

DUTIES, TAXES, & OTHER FISCAL CHARGES
The prices shown on PALMIER ILE's checkout page excludes any duties, taxes, and other fiscal charges of your country of destination.
All international orders outside of Singapore will be shipped on Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. You will be contacted once your shipment arrives at your destination customs. You will be responsible for all cost associated with duties, taxes, and other fiscal charges of your country of destination before the customs release the shipment and deliver to you.
In the event where the associated duties, taxes, and other fiscal charges are not paid by you in a specified period of time, the shipment will be returned back to PALMIER ILE. We will proceed to deduct the duties, taxes, and other fiscal charges incurred at the destination customs from your refund.
PRE-ORDER
PALMIER ILE's pre-orders will be managed like a normal order but delivered at a later date specified on the product page. You will receive a confirmation once your pre-order has been shipped. When you placed your order, you agreed to our terms and conditions of purchase.
