Refund policy

We want to continuously delight you with the value and quality of our collections. Returns will be accepted subject to the following conditions: 

  • Item must be returned to PALMIER ILE within 14 calendar days from the date of your delivery.
  • Item must be returned in original packaging and conditions including but not limited to unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tag attached. 
  • To initiate a return, please proceed to Start a Return.  
  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you are required to email us with the subject header: Return Request: Order Number, Return Tracking Number, First Name, Last Name.
  • Item must be returned by registered post/trackable courier.
  • Any cost associated to returning the item(s) will be borne by you. 
  • We recommend ensuring you have a proof of postage certificate. PALMIER ILE takes no responsibility for any lost or damage in transit for returns.
  • We reserve the right to deny the return if we discover that the products are not in original condition even though the tag might still be intact.
  • Item marked as promotion or sales cannot be returned or refunded.
  • We do not accept any exchanges since our collections are pre-ordered and limited. 
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We offer refund through store credit in a form of a gift card excluding original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any local customs duties, taxes, and other fiscal charges.
  • If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned item, we will offer a complete refund including the charges you have accrued of delivery and return. The refund will be offered through store credit in a form of a gift card.
